Took 2 days to get an appointment as you have to phone from 7am and just keep redialling until you get through. Yesterday, by the time I got through, there were only emergencies left. Luckier today and managed to get an appointment. Friend the other day had to try 85 times before getting through. Don't seem to be able to pre-book appointments for later in the week either. Perhaps if they took a credit card number with bookings and automatically charged £10 for non-attendance it might help? Or perhaps a triage system for appointments

Appointments always available (if emergency) and generally not too long to wait for a standard appointment. Appointments available across the day and into weekend. A fantastic surgery.
